I have this issue too – trying to create a French form and all the text which I have added shows up in French as desired, but the “Choose File” button and “No file chosen” text are in English still.
After clicking through a few pages of support threads, it looks like unfortunately this issue may not be resolvable; see conversation below:

That worked! I had the older “Q & A Plus FAQ and Knowledge Base by Raygun” plug-in activated; once I deactivated that one and then tried activating this plug-in, it installed flawlessly and even saved all my previously created FAQs and much of my CSS. Thanks!
