Thank you for your reply and the suggestions.
I tried all the steps you mentioned:
- Cleared the browser cache
- Checked “Vyplnove materialy” in Product → Categories and compared it to other categories
- Used the tools in WooCommerce → Status → Tools, like “Clear transients,” “Recount terms,” and “Regenerate product lookup tables”
But unfortunately, the issue is still there. The category “Vyplnove materialy” does not appear in the right column in category section when I edit the product. However, I can see and select it when using the quick edit option.
Could you please let me know if there is anything else I can try?

finally, there was problem with ssl certificate, resp. with mixed content, after installing Really simple SSL plugin, everything was ok 🙂
