In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Problem with CF7 version 6.1* in combination with turnstileHi. I was having the same issue with a site that had Google ReCaptcha. I decided to use Turnstile instead, so I enabled that on Cloudflare and added my site keys to the CF7 integration. I removed the keys from the ReCaptcha integration as this seemed to be still active too (would be useful to have a delete button here). I had exactly the same “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later” message with the Orange (Spam) border. All other plugins were disabled to test. I also completely uninstalled the CF7 plugin and reinstalled it.
If I disable the Turnstile integration then CF7 works perfectly, but there is no protection of course.
@rb285 – What do you mean by “The keys are still present in the Turnstile settings”? What do I need to do here to enable Turnstile on my forms after I delete the keys? Do I need to add in the line [cf7-simple-turnstile] as I’m using the CF7 Turnstile integration.
For info, my site was on Cloudflare already and I just activated Turnstile from within my Cloudflare dashboard. I’m running the latest CF7 v6.1.1 and latest WordPress 6.8.2
Would be great if the developer replies here as this is potentially a bug in both the Recaptcha and Turnstile integration.

Hi @jaimeimagely and thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately, I have tried your suggestions and it didn’t work, I still have the same error daily.
I didn’t fully delete the gallery, but I did deactivate the plugin, then cleared transients and caches and reactivated.
Site is on a VPS with plenty of RAM & CPU power.
Any other suggestions?
Still getting daily problems with the site. There was also this message inside my WordPress ‘technical issue’ email:
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 60 of the file /home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/src/Util/Serializable.php. Error message: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)
I’m still getting this error (see my first post in this thread), can any dev help to diagnose please?

In reply to: [Redirection] Redirect to similar productThanks. Can I create these rules within your plugin somehow?

In reply to: [Redirection] Redirect to similar productHi John. Sure, here is my process. I have a product at:
example.com/product/red-lamp
I remove that product so it would lead to a 404, but I also sell other similar products such as a green widget. Can this plugin redirect automatically to
example.com/product/green-lamp
OR
example.com/product-category/lamps
The second option would be preferable. Note – I have hundreds of categories too, so it would need to detect the category that ‘red widget’ was previously in and use that. If it was deleted, I’m not sure we can find that?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sidebar issues (Bootstrap theme)Thanks Caleb.
Turning off theme support actually made WooCommerce render the page correctly for now.
Is there a list of items that a theme actually needs to provide so it can state that it fully supports WooCommerce? What I mean is that just declaring support doesn’t mean it actually runs smoothly with Woo, so are there any guidelines for Woo integration?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sidebar issues (Bootstrap theme)Thanks for the reply.
WooCommerce product pages seem to break the ‘row’ class. It works fine on other pages on these websites and it has been working fine on previous Woo versions. As mentioned, it is also breaking other Bootstrap-based themes.
The template code is essentially a row with the primary content and sidebar in it. When there is a product page, WooCommerce code must be closing that row early, causing the sidebar to drop down below the primary content. Is there an extra closing div being generated in the Woo code somewhere perhaps?
I shall carry on looking, but perhaps you could tell me all the template files that WooCommerce uses to display the product in version 3.3 please?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] product page shows website contentHi luggie.
Looking at the code on that page it seems that you are showing a shortcode for a plugin [wpuf_account]. I looked it up and found it relates to WP User Font End found here:
https://wedevs.com/83160/free-pro-separation-wpuf/
Maybe you should start by looking over there if that is the error you refer to?

In reply to: [European VAT Compliance Assistant for WooCommerce] Will this plugin help? Thanks for the quick reply David.
I’m using a table rate shipping plugin and there is UK VAT applied on my shipping, which I believe is the correct way to charge if I’m shipping a VAT chargeable product.
Let’s say my price to ship to a private individual in France is £100. My shipping table for that country has £100 in it, which would work fine. If the person has a business though and they add their VAT number, the software would then only charge £80 shipping (£100 MINUS their £20 local VAT reduction), leaving me out-of-pocket.
How would I prevent this from happening?
Thanks for the reply. Can you tell me where the code is found that is invoked by the ‘Set as featured image’ link in the gallery popup please?

In reply to: [Search Everything] No results if excluding categoryManaged to modify the code to get a better workaround that keeps my excluded category working. Have put the details here until the dev has a fix:

Thanks. Do you believe that this quantity of galleries/images is too high or have you tested your plugin with numbers like these?
I’m happy to pay for pro support too if we can resolve this issue, would that help?
Hi. Yes, have disabled plugins to test with no difference. When NextGen loads up that gallery page, what is it doing? Can I look at any log file (or invoke one) to see what is taking the time?
All suggestions gratefully accepted as the site is pretty unusable at present.

In reply to: [Fast Secure Contact Form] Working on a 4.0 versionNice plugin Mike.
I’m currently being plagued by Russian spammers and even though blocking in my server firewall and htaccess they still get through by proxies. Can I block non-English character text somehow, eg a backwards N, either in the existing version or future developments? Also block keywords such as ‘SEO’?
