  • I just installed the plugin and attempted to do a manual backup with output to email. I got the failure log shown below. What am I doing wrong, or what else do you need to help? Thanks

    Thanks for your replies. I find that it does show correctly when I bookmark it. Thanks for that thought, Rachel.
    It also appears to show correctly when I drag it from the Nav Bar on my browser into a file list of URLs. So apparently the only time I have the problem is when I drag the URL from the browser nav bar to my Windows 7 Start menu – that is annoying to me personally, but unlikely to affect my customers – I could only wish that my site was so important to them that they would put it on their Start menu :-).
