Yes I too have the same problem. I need the fonts larger as you cannot read the text or image title. I have asked about this many times. I then thought if I pay for a skin I may be able to change the css file but also got no response from them about this. So I am not sure if it can be done. No point buying a skin if you can’t change it.
Note that the video tutorial says that you can change every title and description in each gallery by adding html <font size”16″> etc. This is INCORRECT. You cannot. It does not work. Not even in the latest version 1.55.
This is a great plugin that does not load up too much unlike NextGen and it easy to use. Although not being able to change the CSS is ridiculous. I have never seen a plugin that does not let you modify it until now.

The <font size=”+2″> or even <font size=”18″> only worked in V1.21 and now does not work in V1.22. Therefore unable to change any font sizes at all.

Thanks so much. I haven’t used NextGEN yet and I am looking for a gallery. So I am not sure what is actually any good but I see that I lot of people use it.
There are a lot of plugins on WordPress that have very bad code and cause problems.

In reply to: Images from year/date not showing in Media PanelIf I do this (reload the old images) then this will change the wp-image “number”. I would have to delete the old image first, reload the old image and then find where the post/page of the old image is and change the wp-image “number”. This will be very time consuming.
Is there any other way to just change the directory name which had this year/date, say in Mysql/Appache/PHP etc.

I did not know that extra lines or spaces would affect the the theme. Does anyone know what is acceptable in coding as many programmers add lots of lines, spaces and tabs, other cram it up and you cannot write it very well.

In reply to: RSS Feed does not workI can see the 3 lines you mentioned when in view source. So I have checked those two php files you mentioned and some others and not found any leading blank lines before the opening <?php.
Where can this be coming from? What occurs before the ‘get_header’?
I changed to the wp classic theme to see if it srill occurs. It does not occur. The code coreeclty starts on the first line. There is no change in the code lines data except that there are no blank lines.
Not sure what to look for next. Any ideas?

I not only upgraded to WP 2.7.1 but changed to operating system to Ubuntu. Was using SUSE and WP 2.5.1 with Contact Form 7 1.9.4 which all working perfectly. I use sendmail with the old version and the new version.
All my other plugins have been upgraded and working okay.
Would appreciate any tips on how to get this working.
I am going to run a trace this weekend to see if I can spot the failure point.

I have a couple of other items to look at but have not had a chance to view them yet as I had to do a new computer and upgrade my whole system, wordpress and plugins.

Is there anything that needs to be done or checked in wordpress, appached, mysql etc. I host my own server. Maybe a setting I must change to allow access through to the mail server? Any ideas would be appreciated.

In reply to: New Lawn Care ThemeI agree – it is a nice design and very straightforward. I think the header does need a little less sky. Also in the footer – the part below everything is possibly too big. Great colours. Overall design is simple, clean and the site is easy to use.
PS I hope that the grass is a clumping grass. Sorry but I hate Sir Walter lawn (belongs to my neighbour). It is a total weed and is eating my beautiful Kennucky Blue and Tall Fescue lawn.

Sorry but on this occasion you are incorrect. TinymceComments version 0.4.4-4 must have a redirect problem. It is definitely not Vista. Proved by using a Linux pc and it still would not work.

http://downloads.wordpress.org/. There is a blank page with just the words ‘plugins and themes’ written on it. If you select ‘themes’ – all the themes are there to download. If you select ‘plugins’ there are no plugins to download.After must ado – MY TIP:
I then used a wild card to locate the file. It appears to find the latest version and then you can download it. For example TinyMceComments use
http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/tinymcecomments/*.zip.
I then used this format to find all the other plugins that i needed to upgrade.Hope this help anyone who may have the same problem.
