ok this is a little crazier now. Everything was working but now… the whole menu bar has shifted and the background color changed back to the old color and can’t seem to switch it back

I seem to get the background to change… FINALLY. But, now I have a problem with the header. I changed the color, but then it changes back to the old color.
This is kind of driving me nuts.
