Tried with SSL settings, takes a really long time and confirmation message doesn’t appear (nothing is sent either).

I inserted the Pirate Contact Form as a widget.
I also checked the smtp box and filled in all of the smtp fields with information from godaddy (no SSL).
I know the email actually works because I can send mail from it. The contact form doesn’t send anything anyways.
