it’s strange; the customizer cannot be opened in one situation; I don’t have to switch off “Event Tickets” totally. It’s fine when deactivate the section “Tickets Commerce” only. So I als will ask the guys from “Event Tickets” if they have an idea.
By the way: In the backend I can read that the theme requires a certain ticket sytem by Phoenix. But this plugin doesn’ exist anymore.

pls forget my post – I found the solution – it was my mistake; in the woocommerce settings the email type was set to “plain text” – I switched to html and all was fine.

that’s a misunderstanding. For sure I can see your screenshot; but this setting is not available in my customizer. I just can set the width.

In reply to: [OceanWP] doubled logoit is getting strange more and more – I understand that the doubled logo was caused by a library header which was not active anymore. Anyhow I deleted this header and now I got the number “97” instead of my main menu.
What is happening there?
