I was able to solve this. My font file was broken. It appears to be in working order now in all browsers.
I’m now at my day job and I’m seeing that this is an issue using FireFox here as well as Chrome but is fine in IE. Suggestions?

I did the paid version which is $5 if I remember correctly and it’s very easy and customizable. Not to mention the creator is very helpful and will customize icon for you! Hope that helps!
