Most likely, you currently use the Otter plugin for WordPress, and the issue is caused by the conflict between the Ecwid and Otter plugins.
As a workaround, you can edit the store page in WordPress dashboard and disable the “Enable Block Condition Module” option in the Otter plugin settings (screenshot: https://ecwid.d.pr/i/0QmrAL).
We’ve also reported this issue to our developers and we’re investigating it.
