1)We repost your publications on AtContent to give you backlinks and hosting failure backup. All reposts contain Google’s “original-source” meta tag and “rel=canonical” link to your site. While indexing reposted content,
search engines will get your site up in their rankings, but not AtContent.All reposted content has author’s name and the link to the original source.
If anyone of your readers wants to get your article on his own site, he/she needs to repost the article, because AtContent disables browser Copy-Paste functions. Each repost gives you a backlink from the site where article is reposted, with “rel=canonical” tag pointing on your website.2) Yes, it is possible. You should publish the post where your you want to embed charts without your charts and without AtContent plugin: http://goo.gl/8AF6I
Then, go to your Studio and create new publication of type “Article/Post”.
http://atcontent.com/Studio/Insert your charts as image ( a panel on the right -> Images – > add) and publish the post. Aftrer the publication, click “Share and Repost” link at the bottom. Uncheck “Show title” and “Show body” checkboxes: http://goo.gl/ZnIjn. Copy the code from the bottom field.
Go back to your post on WP-blog and edit it. Open HTML editor and paste the copied code where your embeddable charts should be. Update your post.
Now you should have a post with embeddable charts but not embeddable content around it. If something is not working correctly or you have any questions, please contact me again.

I suggest you loose AtContent plugin metadata for your old posts and therefore you can’t update it.
Please try to sync posts in AtContent settings and write back the results.
P.S. Your blog address would be perfect addition to information about your problem.
It’s feature of update process in current version of our service. You can use sync in AtContent settings pane and update all of your posts at the same time.

It’s a pity you had to delete the plugin. Usually, problems like this one can be resolved by updating a post in the WP editor with the following AtContent plugin settings: http://i.imm.io/18wm4.png

I can provide answers to your questions.AtContent helps to stop feeding scrapers by deactivating copy-paste functions in browser. In addition to this, AtContent gives the opportunity to repost the whole article with author’s name and link to his website.
It’s easier to repost the article than scrape it 🙂How JS snippets count as backlinks:
Google can index JavaScrpt
Google can read JS file by URL and index it like this is regular text.

The third answer is, we never process payments without https. If the site where AtContent widget is placed doesn’t work with https, it doesn’t mean that our widget doesn’t work with it.
Actually, it works with https in every payment transaction.It’s your decision to place someone’s JS or not to place it.
