This is really an important issue of the plugin. The plugin needs to be updated appending enqueuing/dequeuing option. We have noted it; we will do so. At this moment, we are unable to do so.
We think you can dequeue the slick yourself on your Dashboard. If you are unable, we can do that for you on your Dashboard.

Sorry to say that there is no system to import the data of other plugins. As we are unknown about data collecting, inputting, exporting system of other plugins, it is not possible even with the pro version of the plugin too.Our Testimonial plugin can import data which are exported from our plugin only. 🙂
If you don’t mind, we can suggest you importing data manually yourself or by any freelancer.

We have inspected that you have put the shortcode in an h3 tag under a div which is set a width value of 33% on mobile view. If you can set the width value of the div to 100% so that the carousel can get the full width, the carousel will look good and the issue will be resolved.
And to set 3 column on mobile view, there is an option in the GENERAL SETTINGS tab in the plugin.To clarify all, we have attached some screenshots.

ShapedPluginSomehow, there might be a problem of loading slick.js file. If you can load the file on the header, it will work. There might be other reason too. We can’t instruct properly without inspecting the issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience. It might happen for page/content loading problem. After refreshing it should work fine.
The task can be done in an easier way by copy and pasting. Simply copy and paste the shortcode to the page/post and publish the page/post.
