We have visited the link and found that the carousel is working fine there. 🙂
As you have pasted the shortcode into a block named ‘code’, the grey box appears. If you paste the plugin’s shortcode into a block named ‘Shortcode’ from the widget section, the grey box will disappear.

We had fixed the issue once on your Dashboard but something might break the amendment the next day.As you have informed that the previous version is working fine and the issue is in the latest version, we are revising and testing all the changes adopting different methods. Sorry to say that there is no such feature to link a testimonial to any detail page in the free version of the plugin.
There are two options in the pro version to open a testimonial (Popup & Expand). But, linking to a detail page feature is not available.

Normally, the pagination dots should be in the center in the mobile version. As it is not in the center, the plugin’s CSS style may be overridden by your theme or any other plugin.
If you share the link with us, we can fix this with custom CSS code.Please share the reference link where the issue is occurring.

Hearing from you, we have explored it on our end. It seems that the color feature is working correctly here.
Our Suggestion →
• Create tab items in the ‘Tabs‘ menu of the plugin.
• Go to the post/page where to show the tabs.
• Click the ‘Expand tab Shortcodes‘ from the Edit bar.
• Choose ‘Tabs from custom post‘.
• A Shortcode generator pop-up will appear
• You will find two color fields to set the Background color and the border color.

We have tested that our plugin ‘WordPress Carousel‘ works accurately with the newly released WordPress 5.0 and Gutenberg.
