The hook is → sp_wps_product_image_size

An example of the usage →

add_filter( 'sp_wps_product_image_size', 'your_function_name' );

function your_function_name() {
    return 'woocommerce_thumbnail';
}

Please use it in your functions.php file to fix the issue and inform us about the amendment.

Sometimes, it occurs for proper loading lack. If you perform hard refresh it should appear.

However, it has many alternative ways to do. You can use the shortcode by-

• Open the shortcode and you will three ways to use the shortcode → https://prnt.sc/mekbdg
• The plugin has a page builder widget for any page builder.
• https://prnt.sc/mekhio
• https://prnt.sc/mekie1

By following any of them you can add your testimonials to a post/page.

Sometimes this occurs if the 404.php is unavailable or is not linked properly.

My suggestion →
• Check that your theme has the ‘404.php’ file and it is linked properly.
• Temporarily switch to a WordPress default theme and check the issue with your URLs.

If the answer does not help, I am unable to figure out the reason.

It is easy.
WordPress version 5+
• Go to the page editor.
• Click on ‘Permalink’
• Change the text under the URL box.
• Click on ‘Update’ button to save changes.

We have tested the ‘Specific Category‘ option on our end. It is working fine here.
Could you please send us the reference link and a screenshot of the backend?

Download and install the plugin again and try it. If the issue remains doing so, we need to look into your dashboard to explore and fix it.

Hi,

Sorry to say that the plugin does not work under filtering tab. It loads its all carousel at a time. For this reason, the active one works and the others remain idle.

It is not possible to make the plugin compatible with the filtering tabs. It is a complex task to trigger plugin’s code on click with your theme’s filtering tab.

Glad to know that you have changed the way. We are happy to see the plugin is working now.
