Currently I can’t help here. Only can provide you paid support to investigate the root cause of the issue (with refund in case of bug in plugin).

1. Switch to other theme and check if score will be updated (in those 1-question test)
2. Disable other plugins and check if score will be updated
I suspect some theme/plugin conflict here.

Hi Silvia,
1. How do you entered formulas’ variables like “scale-purpose”? By clicking the “Purpose” button or just entering “scale-purpose”?
2. If you open the “Purpose” scale in sidebar menu -> “Scales”, then what will you see in the slug field?

There you will find a link to google spreadsheet.
Currently only addons with status “done” available. To order addons — contact me by mail. After you will send me payment through paypal and give me your domain names — I will send you back addons as a zip-files.
Then you can install them as any other wordpress plugins. Future updates/fixes will be available through admin’s plugins page.
Regarding info and demo — there is no currently good site for them, but I have this in plans.
