Just count how many input boxes you have at your test edit page and add +1000 to them. It should be ok.
If you currently had zeroes — then most possibly scores has disappeared somehow. But then also formulas should gone.
Do you have formulas there?

Try other hosting.
Also may be your theme or other plugins could do something bad with posted data.
I dont’ know how to repeat your issue.

Respondent can see reusults on site and also with help of those addon can download same page as PDF.
Also you as admin can open their result’s page and do same.

Before you told me, that issue is in combination “wp-testing + glossary + polylang”, now you tell me it’s a “genesis framework” issue.
So can you finally confirm, that issue arise only in this combination: “wp-testing + glossary + polylang + genesis framework”?
