Workaround 1. Add answers with text “Optional” or “I dunno”
Workaround 2. Workaround 1 + javascript that will preselect those answers and hides them.

No. You can customize it through javascript, but it’s not recommended.
Also – are there plans to add any other graph types? Bar/Pie Chart??
Yes, but not in near years.
