In reply to: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 94371840 bytes exhaustedThank you Steve!! He’s told me that he’s already done that, and that the issue is not memory it’s a javascript conflict. I’m wondering if he’s not allotting my websites enough memory in the database if it’s a multi-site install? I’m not sure how that works. He has a dedicated server and has a number of other sites online.
I am not a WordPress developer but I do know that this should not keep happening. Sites should not be this unstable. Right? I feel there is a larger issue that he is not addressing.

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Broken Site !Thanks for your reply! The developer I’m working with fixed the problem, he said it was in fact the Awesome Support plugin. It was also the one I attempted to activate before I got the error message. I’m extremely bummed about it because I love your plugin and it was exactly what I needed (I had deactivated it temporarily, when I reactivated is when I received the error). On this particular project I don’t have FTP access, which makes it hard for me to experiment much further.
Thanks again
