This has now been resolved – we had approached where we purchased the full give package and requested for update and this has fixed it – thank you for your help.
Not sure if I have access to this area as we brought the full package on a WP plugin website where it has the premium features included.
Also I get this:
Your site doesn’t include support for the “givewp-gift-aid/gift-aid” block. You can leave this block intact or remove it entirely.
