I am using the Gemini theme that has the Widget position feature. In the widget feature, I can select the FAQs widget and use the shortcode there: [ultimate-faqs] but I have tried recent and popular shortcodes also, with the same effect.

Unfamiliar with any widget that comes with your plugin. I only see shortcodes

I did try with a widget called “Customer HTML” and select ‘process shortcodes’ in it’s setting and then it functioned properly.

Not sure why the Gantry widget was a pain, but the custom html worked
