It is working now. I went into file manager and deleted the folder without deactivating and deleting through WordPress. I installed. Deleted cache and it’s now showing the pdf documents. Thank you for your help.
Good morning. I deleted the plugin. Used WP Optimize to clean the database. Cleared all cache with WP Rocket, did a fresh install of 3.0.4 and it still does not work. The screen shot attached is from this morning after following the steps listed above.
3.0.4. still does not work. I’ve deleted every cache file and checked my database for any potential other PDF modules or remnants. There are none. Please help getting this version working.
I don’t have another viewer on the website. Also, the website is not built with Elementor. The theme I am using is Vantage from SiteOrigin, and I use Page Builder also from SiteOrigin. I have a lot of custom HTML code that I have built into the site, but use vanilla javascript built into the pages.
Thank you for responding. I am having issues with version 3.0.4 as well. I have deleted all website cache with WP Rocket, and also gone onto the hosting server, and even though I don’t use the hosting server’s cache, deleted any cached files it may have held. Still not working.
I’m going through my entire site and manually changing the custom sized images. Its seems the best alternative so I don’t have the issue in the future. Thank you for your help, guidance and support.

Oh no!! Almost all of my custom sizes have the 9999 set. That’s how it’s always been set, and I have custom sizes set on most all of my photo images (which is in the several hundreds).
I don’t know why I can’t reach the site. It shows that the server is not accessible for me so I can’t see the staging site, nor can I make any changes. I can tell you that since I can remember (at least two years) I have always set one of the custom values to 9999 which automatically sets that value to the largest size it needs to be while still being proportional to the other value that is set.
