In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Blank page after Activating Critical CSSHello @flexes
This issue sounds like more site specific. Please create a ticket by sending email of problem description to support at litespeedtech.com. We’ll go from there. Please mention this post in your email and I will take care of it in the coming days.
Thanks,

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] V4 Beta IssueHello @andrewgchoi43
Thank you for the reporting. I just tried to reproduce this in our local test environment but didn’t see it happen. I set a system cron job to echo the current time and append to a file every minute. Set it up based on your description, define( ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, true); in the wp-config.php file, and turn on the Guest Mode in v4.0, the system cronjob still runs fine.
So the phenomena you mentioned may be related to some other factors? Please verify. Or maybe it’s related to what you exactly tried to do with the server level cron?
Best regards,
AbeHello, @xscorpionx
Thank you for reporting this issue. Sorry LiteSpeed policy restricted us from providing support for adult site or porn site as well. I assume you understand our concerns 🙂
We will look into this issue to see if it’s a generic issue. It may be related to your file path containing some special characters.
Best regards,

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] 500 Error with Contact Form 7 and CacheHello @brateanu
Greetings. We are now trying to add this solution by default for Contact Form 7. Could you please help us do a test? Instead of adding them as private, could you please try to add them as the following and see if it solves the problem as well?

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] JS minification removes spaces from template literalsHello @luminsol
Thank you for the reporting of this issue. We reproduced this on our test, not all spaces in the template literal are removed but indeed a few of them are.
We’ll update the lib and fix this soon. Probably next week. Please keep an eye on this.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Powerful looking plugin but breaks site so..Hello @mj187
I am sorry to hear that you had such a feeling with the plugin. Is there any issue we can help you more specifically? If you could provide more info on the case we can look into that.
We wish you to be happy and your site flying with LSCWP.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] ESI causes problems with Query MonitorGreetings @johnbillion & @titsmaker :
Thank you for bringing this up, especially thanks for John’s attention. Because of your effort, now the issue got resolved and I could enjoy QM for those pages again!
You can try it with LSCWP dev branch v3.7 rc24 (the latest one as of today) if you want. Append the query string LSCWP_CTRL=NOCACHE will bring QM to function again.
Please just bear in mind that, due to code base changes, to update to latest dev branch smoothly we have to upgrade to latest master branch(v3.6.4) first if you are using the master branch. The latest master branch is already in WP marketplace as of today.
Cheers and best regards,

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] ESI causes problems with Query MonitorThanks @johnbillion for the hint.
As far as I know, from the LSCWP plugin side, it does not call
fastcgi_finish_request.But are you sure this is caused by LSCWP? Any other hint? If you have maybe I can have further check. Thought it’s from QM side so didn’t check further in the past.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] ESI causes problems with Query MonitorAbout the QM not working with esi on issue, I suggest you ask the QM dev team. This is a known issue for QM. Frankly speaking I myself had this issue as well when I was using QM. You could also find other people’s reports regarding this issue with QM.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] ESI causes problems with Query MonitorHello @titsmaker,
Congratulations, you have helped us identify a bug. Yes, it logically makes sense that when the page is set to no-cache then esi should be disabled for this page.
Thank you for the report. Will put it to our list for fix.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Facebook Pixel – Lazy Loading Exclude ImageYou are very welcome 🙂

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Facebook Pixel – Lazy Loading Exclude ImageOh, I just updated my reply above. But for safe just put it here again :
A quick note : As of today, if you roll back to lower versions from v3.7 dev latest, you may see a PHP fatal error notice. That is a known issue and won’t cause any hurt. You just need to reactivate the cache plugin again as it will be auto deactivated during the switching process due to the fatal error.
As a best practice, normally we do not recommend dev beta version for production site. But if it is not, we welcome you to test and enjoy.
