on my website http://izor.eu/ scrolling in Safari and Explorer doesn’t work, in Firefox it works with keypad down arrow, but not with mouse wheel, scroll works only in Chrome.
I tried all of the above solutions (check box for smooth scroll, reducing wiewing scale, removed overflow:hidden from CSS), nothing works.
The problem is seen on 3 different computers.
Please help.
