Hi,
please do the following:1. click on “Lead Management” menu to enter the lead management table.
2. click on “Choose Fields to display” drop down list, locate and select “Actions” .that will add the actions column in which you’ll find the “save” (disk icon) option.
please also refer to our video on our home page, http://www.upicrm.com – exact time is 1.15 seconds from the starting of the video.
Please let us know if you managed to save lead comments.
Thanks

Hi
we’re thinking about it and we consider it a very non-straight issue…
In order to allow user entry of data – we’ll need to enforce all the forms’ validations, formats, captcha etc. we haven’t found a straight forward way of doing this… any suggestions will be appreciated…
Thanks
UriHey, sure there’s a way…
Just use the UPI users center to add your team and use the automatic lead management mechanism to assign leads to your team, you will find this feature there.hi
couple of things – you can use “Lead source” in order to populate data using automated leads management mechanism – for example – create rule –if form name equals 999 then Lead source == “http://domain/page1
I hope we understand your need and that this will help
thanks

UriHi,
we’ve this “bug” on another installation, and we were unable to locate it’s source.
can we ask for a database dump of the UPI configuration, without personal details of users?
Thanks
UriHI,
I’m afraid that’s how UPI works .
try and include HTTP referer, and also – you can use the UTM mechanism for additional tagging.hey… that sounds great.
If I may have a request to have our programmer review the code manually before we merge to versions ?
can we work directly (email/skype) ?
if so – please contact us at upicrm.com/contact and we’ll gladly work it from there. Thanks
UriHello, thank for your suggestions.
we’ll of course considered (and have considered…) your issues.
some of it is easy to implement, but some require major code change… we’ll do our best.If you wish to work with us on this , we’ll gladly cooperate with you, what do you think ?
Thanks
UriHi,
did you include a new api key per each domain ?
per each pair of integrated domains?
