Actually I have two agents and I use support email to send notifications to customers when they raise a ticket but I want to use my agents emails to get notified to their business emails when the customer responds back based on the assign mode, for example customer raised a ticket and it went through from support email and as soon as we receive a ticket here we assign agent to handle the ticket and the agent responds to the customers, the email should go from the agents email address not from support email
So that if the customer replies back from email instead of support url it will be easier for us to answer the ticket from assigned email
There will be no confusion between agents too
All the requests have been taken care of, can someone help me how to stop redirecting customers to home page when they click on logo in the groovy menu for my website, please help me here
Ok, one more thing,
I enabled an option for guests to create tickets on my website, I see the guest is being sent an email as soon as we respond to the ticket but when they click on the ticket URL they are not able to respond to the ticket without entering a user name and email address which will create a problem with the customer, they do not wish to enter the information over and over, we should have an option to disable those fields from the ticket URL or they should be able to respond to us normally.
another question, I added 2 agents to my website and I am using my website support email to receive responses when the customer responds directly to the email, but now I want to use two different emails for two different emails so that the assigned agent will get the notifications when the customer responds to the email directly, we will be able to answer their queries easily instead of going through the hassle
Can someone help me?
