I have just tried your above suggestion, but unfortunately it didn’t work. As I mentioned, I tried deactivating LiteSpeed previously and it didn’t work. I now fully deleted it and the issue still persists. Below are the rest of the installed plugins on my list – not sure if you can guess which one may be causing the issue?

Many thanks for your prompt response – I guess the only plugin on my list that might be enabling JS optimization is LiteSpeed Cache, as it has a “page optimization” setup page (I am not using a lot of plugins). I tried deactivating it alltogether, but it still doesn’t work.
May I kindly ask what do you mean by “excluding the javascript file from Embed Privacy”?
I do not see any such option under the Embed Privacy plugin settings.
