Additional Information:
I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and built the Checkout page again.
Everything worked great and had no errors until I added a checkbox.
I receive the following:
“500 – Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.”Again, I am not able to edit, disable/enable, or remove any fields. Saving is an issue.
There has got to be a bug with the checkbox field.

I can’t believe how long I banged my head on the wall for it to be such an easy fix.

I am using a custom theme for my site. However, when I use a different theme, like “Twenty Fifteen”, everything works fine.
I am unsure of what I am doing incorrectly.
May someone show me a correct woocommerce.php file so that I may mimic the loop.
Currently the /cart page is grabbing the title of the /shop page, that is all.
