This means you have to payment gateways activated but only paypal shows up?
I configured exactly the same thing on my test site, deactivated the WCPGSK handling of payment gateways and activated Paypal and BACS as payment gateways in the WooCommerce checkout settings. Both show up and work.

I cannot confirm this. I think this is due to a configuration problem on your side. My plugin includes the possibility to filter payment gateways and to establish the most restrictive set of gateways available based on the payment gateway configuration of each product placed in the customer cart.
To identify your problem:
1. Could you please tell me if you have checked the option “Enable Payment Gateways Configuration”? (Shop Settings)
2. If so, could you please see what gateways are configured for your product?To clarify things: You should not enable the WooCommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife option if you don’t want to manage gateways on product level! WooCommerce already includes global settings for all gateways and it seems that this is what you want. You don’t want to edit payment gateways on a product level.
