A second one problem is when i use a filter. There is a tag with slug name (http://prntscr.com/bkfxcc) but in our case all slugs are numbers. How can i change it to filter name ?

Also there is another problem. We use a lot of product filters (approximately 3.000). I checked them one by one and change them to Drop Down. The problem is that i have change approximately 1.000 – 1.500 and now i cant change anymore. If i change them they wont save also

Yes i deleted in some sites the whole yaml file but again the problem persists.
I think that when you install wordpress via Whm in some way it adds some code to wp-config.php or in another file that declares the way of updating. I checked that in wp-config.php of files there isnt that code:
