I am trying to update my header image (on pages and posts), but the change won’t go through (frontend or backend).

>updated it 4xs,
>emptied cache (on local and WP),
>removed images from “Featured” and reloaded
>removed/reloaded in Theme Customization>Header section
>disabled all plug-ins
Still, the header only shows a default background. I’ve tried several browsers and still get the same result.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
