    I was searching for "ART & GLOBAL HEALTH CENTER"

    I just changed it to search for ART & GLOBAL HEALTH CENTER – the non-phrase search phrase format, and had to switch Default Operator setting to:
    “AND – require all terms”

    Initial tests appear to work. Will have to do additional testing to make sure other results function as expected.

    I have a similar issue dealing with ampersands. However, the issue is when there is a space before and after the ampersand.

    For example searching for “abcd & 1234” does not return any results when there is a post with the same title.

    If I change it to “abcd&1234” it works. However, there are a lot of titles that are like “abcd & 1234”
