After looking through their assistance records, it seems that they haven’t replied to anyone since October of last year who has requested support. Is there nothing that you can do to assist in this matter?

Yes, I found out that there are conflicts with the theme going through the necessary steps on that page. I tried to submit a ticket for it, but I cannot get plugin support to get it fixed because I have not purchased the premium version of the plugin. So I guess I’m not going to get it fixed?
