Otto42: I’m sure I uploaded all the files correctly – I followed the instructions to the letter. But I will do so again, if you think it might help.
This is an old thread, but I’m having the same problem right now. Can anyone help? Is there a plugin that sorts them all out, or do we have to go through and edit them all?
