$main_div = '<div class="social-likes';
на:
$main_div = '<div>Если понравилось, жми лайк:</div><div class="social-likes';Учтите, что после обновления версии плагина на более новую эти изменения исчезнут, и надо будет заново изменять.

In reply to: [Social Likes] How do I start it?After installation and activation of the plugin buttons will appear after every new blog post by default. Also you could apply this option to all existing posts and/or pages. You just need to go to the administration panel and open plugin settings page called “Social Likes” in “Options” section of the main menu. Check “Add by default for new posts” if it is not set and click the button “Apply to existing posts”.
