In reply to: [Admin Columns] Lock up when in setting screenHi Scott,
Please try disabling all other plugins and check if the issue persists. Also try switching to a default theme (like twentyfourteen).
You mentioned the screen settings are “locked”, which could indicate another plugin conflicitng with the javascript. You could try opening your browser’s console and check for errors.

In reply to: [Admin Columns] the width setting is NOT comfortableHi windbrave,
Thank you for your review!
Displaying the width percentages in the column settings header is a good idea, not sure how we can incorporate it in the current UI, but I will address this with the team. This one has a good chance of making it to a release.
Changing the width from the listings page sounds even better, we have looked into this, but it’s a real technical challenge to do it right.
The last one is the most challenging for sure, but I will add it to the suggested feature list for the team to take a look at.
Thank you for the review and I really appreciate your feedback and ideas!
Cheers,
Tobias

In reply to: [Admin Columns] ViewsViewsViewsViewsViewsRight, now I get your topic title π
I could not reproduce your issue. Good change the string “ViewsViewsViews..” is placed by another plugins or your theme. Please try disabling all other plugins and switch to a default theme (twentyfourteen for example).

In reply to: [Admin Columns] Fied type – colorWe have added a help section inside the settings page of the plugin (top right corner), which explains each custom field value.
The color value expects a Hex decimal colorcode (example: #808080). It will then display the color in a square box.

In reply to: [Admin Columns] Now with less features…I have good news then, the functionality is still there. You can use your ACF fields using the “Custom Fields” column type.
The reason we created an add-on for the ACF integration is too enable us to hook into the ACF API, which will let you inline-edit all the ACF fields and also list all the available types in dropdown list. Itβs available from $149, you donβt need the developer licence.
Donβt worry, we will never strip functionality form the free version. Every piece of functionality we added from day one is still in the plugin today. We do regular updates on the free version and give free support on the forums. Sometimes we might rename something or change the interface a bit, but we totally agree with you there.
