In reply to: Jazzy FormsI had to do a drop down list for each zip code and apply a value to each one. Time consuming, but ended up being OK. You can check it out at trytheplan.com and go to the price calculator. It immediately sends you the price, as well as me. I won’t respond unless you go to the contact form, but it let’s me know who is checking it out. Works well.

In reply to: [Jazzy Forms] Any tutorials available?Does anyone answer these? I only have 3 categories that need to be added to a total. The main problem is one of the categories I just want someone to type in a zip code and a value is assigned to it(because of additional cost for distance. I could do it with the drop down list but there are over 26o zip codes involved-not practical for a customer to have to scroll through. 260 zip codes with only 4 values-I need to know the procedure.http://www.trytheplan.com/price-calculator/

In reply to: [Jazzy Forms] Any tutorials available?I agree. I see you posted this a month ago with no response. It says there is a functions library but I can’t find it. I like the ease of setting up most of it as I am a 50 year old beginner, but I have a few calculations I need to have performed on it and haven’t the first clue. My first website is completed with the exception of 3 things having to do with this form.
