Now you mention static website what about a fluid site that adjust to different screen sizes and devices? And I dont have a webserver so to test things locally like you stated am I correct to say I’ll have to buy one or use a host?
I understand html and css from My 4 month dealing with dreamweaver. PHP I’ll have to learn ( I’m a quick learner) I dont know much about building a blog but I assume its like building a website with just a little functionality and audience precipitation.
SO let me get this straight I need a host just to test the program (fine).
Once I stall the program I on my host server I can build blogs and integrate them with the website I’m building with dreamweaver?
so if i design something with this instant version and decide I like the program will it be easy to transfer my work to to the “real” version?
