OK, so my investigation has moved forward. Probably above warning is just a side effect. The real deal actually is this:
if any of fields in CF7 form is not required and is empty by user choice, PFCF7 will not add item to Podio app. It doesn’t matter that corresponding field in podio app is not required also.
