I am using Appmakr to produce an App. I want to include a form in the app, this is relatively straight forward as it asks produce a form (using Wufoo) or enter a URL for your form. I have produced the form using the plugin on my website and want to use the URL for that form in Appmakr. I cannot find a URL for the form, I have the page ID on my website where the form shortcode is located…….tried that as the URL and it did not work. http://www.prospectroofing.co.uk
