Hi there @miata2 @wordpresskid @marcie73,
Thanks for reaching out!
When a critical error happens on a WordPress site, it’s usually logged in PHP logs. Can you please reach out to your hosting to get the full error log and send it to us? They’ll need to know the date and time when it happened. Site’s admin might also have received an email with the full log.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @soham09,
Thanks for reaching out!
Are you using MailPoet Sending Service? If yes, what’s your site URL?
Do you see any errors on the MailPoet > Help > System Status page?
Hi there @rickp01,
Thanks for reaching out!
Did I get it right that you’d like to update the text on the page that appears after clicking a link in subscription confirmation email?
If yes, please follow these steps: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/178-customize-your-confirmation-page
@julie2009 Please open a separate thread with your issue and we’ll help you there. Please also include a link to your site’s page where we can test your subscription form.
Cheers!
Hi there @wpyuslep,
Thanks for reaching out!
By default, saving changes on the Manage Subscription page reloads it and focuses on the top. It’s not possible to change it with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
You’re welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin.
Cheers!
Hi there @wordpressdatasal,
Thanks for reaching out!
No, “Purchased In This Category” and “Purchased This Product” emails are sent after first purchases only.
However, it’s on a roadmap for our Automations feature. You’ll see it in the changelog when it’s released: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailpoet/#developers
Cheers!
Hi there @hank9889,
Thanks for getting back to us!
I see that you’re using Linux Cron as your Newsletter Task Scheduler method. Have you checked that the cron task is running properly on your server?
I recommend changing it to “WordPress built-in cron” or “Visitors to your website” in MailPoet > Settings > Advanced tab > Newsletter task scheduler (cron):

Hi there @hgarciajr,

Hi there @generosus,
Thanks for reaching out!
This is already reported to our developers and our product team. I pinged them one more time, but it’s up to them to set priorities for changes. There is no ETA we can give at the moment.
Enjoy the rest of your day!
