I’m very sorry that you feel like that and didn’t have the best experience with Transferito.
Our aim is to create the best migration plugin, at times we may have issues that arise.
As I did communicate to you via email, we do have a refund policy and not being able to login to your destination server does not meet our refund criteria.

Please use an API token, you can see how to create a cPanel API token using the video below:
The video will also show you where to get your cPanel username which you will need for your migration.

You must add the code below to your destination server. At the top of your existing htaccess file or create a new htaccess file and put this in.
<IfModule Litespeed> RewriteEngine On RewriteRule .* - [E=noabort:1, E=noconntimeout:1] </IfModule>Please also update to our latest version v6.7.5
Run your migration again and it will work.

Unfortunately at the moment we are not able to migrate sites from wordpress.com to WordPress self hosted sites. This is something we have on our roadmap and will be implemented in the future but isn’t ready yet.

I think we have located exactly what the issue is. If you have Transferito Premium, please contact support https://transferito.com/contact providing your email address and we will release a hot fix for you within the next 2 – 3 hours.
If you don’t have a premium licence, we will bundle the fix in our new release v6.7.0.
Which we are currently testing and will be ready tomorrow or by the latest first thing Monday morning 26th July 2021.

Sorry to hear you’re still having issues.
It seems as if you have reached your maximum amount of databases that you can create in cPanel.
Which seems like it is 3, if you delete one of your databases and run your migration again.
You should be able to successfully migrate your site.
