In reply to: [WP TripAdvisor Review Slider] Rating ‘stars’ (blobs) are not displayingNUDGE…
Might this characteristic also impact the filtering of DISPLAY N & above in the template definition?
Has Trip Advisor transformed review values to be x10 … though that would not explain 5.5 / 55 out of 5 / 50 !!

In reply to: [WP TripAdvisor Review Slider] Rating ‘stars’ (blobs) are not displayingThe Rating Values are whole numbers, 25, 35, 45 and 55. That would reflect the ULR used for the .png file, but the .png resource files are 2.5, 3.5, 4.5 and there is no 5.5.
Really appreciate the prompt response – thank you.

In reply to: [Widgets for Google Reviews] ERROR widget onForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Widgets for Google Reviews] trustindex.io no more available? Its more than down, the domain name cannot be resolved.
*** dns.google can’t find trustindex.io: Non-existent domain
Further digging indicates that the domain’s status is “Client Hold” see WHOIS Domain Search | Europe Registry search results for trustindex.io
Updated Date: 2024-06-11T09:53:58Z
Domain Status: clientHold https://icann.org/epp#clientHold
This status code tells your domain’s registry to not activate your domain in the DNS and as a consequence, it will not resolve. It is an uncommon status that is usually enacted during legal disputes, non-payment, or when your domain is subject to deletion.
Often, this status indicates an issue with your domain that needs resolution. If so, you should contact your registrar to resolve the issue. If your domain does not have any issues, but you need it to resolve, you must first contact your registrar and request that they remove this status code.

PS: After posting the above, to be sure, certain etc. that it is the EXACT same error message, I tried it a 5th time and it worked fine – is there a timing issue?

In reply to: [Sydney] Employee page navigation duplicatedThank you for the prompt and pragmatic work around for this issue. I look forward to a proper code fix (helping everyone) appearing in an incremental update soon.
Why?
This is published as the support space for the WordPress plug-in. If it is not then kindly publish a sticky post to advise that you no longer support this space / product so that people do not waste their time posting here.
I have already posted to the new form and received a meaningless irrelevant response.
The merits of using THIS space for support is that other users encountering issues which have been resolved previously have a fast route to self help.
Maybe the Time.ly is subliminally telling its long standing users to find a different provider? Days to respond to the plug-in’s WordPress forum page, only to point users to another form to fill in … and then respond with an irrelevant boiler-plate response is not great customer service. I have recommended this plug-in with enthusiasm to several WordPress users, the last just this weekend past. Might it be time I found something different to recommend?
UPDATE: On further testing the successful page to page or display layout navigation seems to be predicated on being logged into the WordPress site (in my case) as administrator. If the user is not logged in navigation fails (regardless of platform).
Digging into the developer console 404 Error occurs on http://guillemot-trust.org.uk/?page_id=208/action~agenda/page_offset~1/request_format~json/&callback=jQuery2001047072457975939996_1713361374572&request_type=jsonp&ai1ec_doing_ajax=true&_=1713361374573
On further digging into the WordPress site, 208 refers to the in-built calendar page which the site neither needs nor uses … and thus in a recent tidying / tightening up of the site, the page was made PRIVATE as it does not need to be visible to visitors.
Reverting this to PUBLIC (oddly) fixed the issue!!
Additional information – attempting to change the layout from AGENDA to any other also throws the 404 error.
