Hello,
In order to have access to the settings page, use the Settings menu in Listdom and do not use the menu in the dashboard. We already fixed the dashboard link issue and it will be available in the next version.

This section has been added by the theme. However, it is possible to hide it with custom CSS.
If you want to hide it with CSS just in listing details page, use following code:
body.listdom-listing-template-default .blog_large_image_with_dividers{
display: none;

1- You can charge users for registration on your website using a third party plugin and then registered users are able to submit their ads. But the payment per listing option of listdom is not available now.

1- It’s only Listdom PRO version but you can use it with any theme. If incompatibility created with your theme we’re happily able to help you.
2- There are two styles for listing details page. Using style 2 you’re able to disable / enable gallery or image element but in style 1 you’re able to change position of all elements too. You can place it anywhere you like using style 1.
3- Sure! They’re included in our road-map and we will release them as soon as possible.

Yes, Listdom is fully compatible with Block Editor. You need to just activate that compatibility because it is disabled by default.You can enable it in Listdom->Settings menu.
