I have tried using this plugin and its not working at all. I have to use simple 301 redirect instead. Any reason why not working?

I just noticed on one of my sites, the snippet is showing random meta description…it showed one thing earlier today and now shows a totally whacked meta description. Thats not good.
I’m having a similar problem. My meta description snippets are not showing up. I checked the plugin settings and made sure my meta description is still there and still nothing.
Whats going on? Any updates addressing this issue?
