When I press that link it takes me to the registration page but on that page there is no option to add forms. Sorry I didn’t mention that earlier!

If you look on the website now, I have enabled the page! I have also updated the plugin and now can access the page when not logged in but have the issue now of “The registration form cannot be used because either a username or email field is required to process registrations. Please edit the form and add at least the email field. https://www.industrialontologies.org/wp-admin/users.php?page=wpum-registration-forms#/”.
