Okay… I haven’t got access yet – I believe – to the place where I can check the error log… The woman owning the domain and so on have just provided us working with this – at least trying to help her, not destroying everything :D, and probably have to send me more info to do that… Or does she?
I have user and password, I have some links to “emea01safelinks…..” and cpanel and so on (but wrong user or password for it), but I guess that is more about e-mails and so on… Or do I need more – or the correct user/password into cpanel and so on? Where do I, or she, go in, because I can’t access the page itself… She will be getting a e-mail if I didn’t misunderstand the message coming up…
