Disabling the Woocommerce plugin dir restores my site to life.
Ah you`re right… sorry for wasting your time. There were TWO wrapper-header.php files…

In the meantime to help others who might have this issue also I added the following to my CSS:

This is happening to me as well – I`m using the Shell Lite Theme by Theme ID.
