Thank you for your suggestion. I found that “Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA” plugin was the reason for the problem in my case. I suggested a fix here:

the problem is that some other very useful plugins like “Server IP & Memory Usage Display” does not work anymore. I propose to remove this filter.

The info line is suddenly not visible any more (only WP version information is displayed on the right side, nothing on the left side). I am not sure if the problem started after WP update or some plugin update.
How should I troubleshoot it?
