I just added a header image (1600px wide), and it has been cropped to 1130px. How do I force the website to be 1600px wide?
I found that when I set layout to “boxed” I get.

They do not working, or you just not seeing them in the editor? I do not see them, and every time I want to use one of them , I have to type the command by myself.
