Hi,
I have same issue, i given separate title for inner page in seo plugin setting but i don’t know why it is not displaying…
For example
1 About us-> Title “we are web developing company”
2 portfolio-> Title “Find best work”
3 contact us-> Title “Get in touch”in particular page but it is displaying page name in title bar and in the code also please give some proper solution…

I hope you have to check image link, i hope it get broken check in data base path also.
If there is no problem in that then check weather all images are present in proper path/folder or not…?
